Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame
In 2016, Kaman Corporation launched the Eileen Kraus Scholarship, in partnership with the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame. Kraus, who was both a member of Kaman’s Board of Directors, was inducted into the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame in 2002. This scholarship awards $5,000 each year to an outstanding Connecticut woman beginning her first year at college or university.

Women in Manufacturing
Women in Manufacturing (WiM) is a national association dedicated to supporting, promoting, and inspiring women who have chosen careers in manufacturing industries. As a WiM Corporate member, Kaman is allowed special access to events and programming, participation in the WiM online mentoring program, ability to participate in community chapters, discounted WiM SUMMIT registration, and additional career development tools.
