Ross Sealfon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ross Sealfon is an experienced executive currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaman Corporation. He has a strong background in leadership, finance, and strategic development. Prior to his current role, Mr.Sealfon held key leadership positions at various organizations, including Qnnect, where he served as a Board Member, and Quantic Electronics, where he led as the President and CEO, defining and delivering the future of mission-critical electronics.
Mr.Sealfon’s extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Winchester Interconnect, where he served as President and played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic direction. During his time at Winchester, he held leadership positions overseeing the RF & Microwave and Hermetic divisions, as well as managing the company’s M&A and Sales & Marketing functions. His multifaceted background and proven track record make him a visionary leader with a strong ability to drive business success and innovation.
Mr. Sealfon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston College.
Joe Salsbury
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Salsbury serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Kaman Corporation, Mr.Salsbury served as the Chief Financial Officer at Quantic Electronics, where he played a key role in driving financial success and operational improvements. Before that, he held the role of CFO at several private equity-backed companies, spearheading operational enhancements, improving the quality of company data, and contributing to successful acquisition strategies. Mr. Salsbury’s extensive background also includes leading global teams with responsibilities in finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and audit.
Mr.Salsbury holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Diane Rothkopf
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Acquisitions
Diane Rothkopf currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Acquisitions. She is responsible for leading growth by identifying, assessing, and managing acquisition opportunities.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Rothkopf served as the VP of Acquisitions & Strategy at Quantic Electronics, where she led deal execution for 15 acquisitions over 3.5 years. Her extensive experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on strategy-setting and implementing growth initiatives across various industries. Ms. Rothkopf began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Industrials Investment Banking Group, with a proven track record of driving growth and a wealth of experience in acquisitions and strategy.
She graduated cum laude with a BA from Harvard and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Danny Lee
General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary
Danny Lee is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Kaman Corporation. He assumed this position in May of 2024 after serving as the company’s associate general counsel. Mr.Lee is the company’s senior legal advisor and an Executive Leadership Team member.
Mr. Lee joins Kaman with twenty-five years of experience in aviation and defense. He served in the Army as a Judge Advocate General, assuming various roles and responsibilities, including supporting the Army’s largest contracting center, Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal. He also worked in private practice at Dallas-based Gardere Wynne and Sewell and was an associate in its Construction and Government Contracts division. After that, Mr. Lee served in various senior positions at Bell and Textron Systems, including SVP and General Counsel. He then served as deputy general counsel and corporate secretary at Elbit Systems of America before joining Kaman.
Mr.Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Abilene Christian University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law.
Jessen Wehrwein
Chief Growth Officer
Jessen Wehrwein is the Chief Growth Officer at Kaman. Before joining Kaman, he was the Chief Growth and culture Officer at Quantic Electronics, aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive growth.
Mr. Wehrwein’s career spans various leadership roles, including Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs at MACOM, a leader in the RF & microwave industry. He also held the position of Director of Marketing Programs at NXP Semiconductors and managed strategic worldwide marketing for Analog Devices.
Jessen earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Roy Dilig
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Roy Dilig was appointed Vice President of Information Technology for Kaman Corporation on January 2023. Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Dilig served 12 years as Director of Information Technology for Kaman’s Bal Seal Engineering division. Before that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at the division, including Systems Development Manager and Programmer Analyst.
With over 25-year career in IT and IT management, Mr. Dilig has worked in business analysis, software development, and database development roles for The Walt Disney Company, United Airlines, and several other firms. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
Megan Morgan
Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Megan Morgan serves as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Kaman Corporation. She previously lead Kaman Aerospace Group as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Kaman in 2018, she developed global Human Resources experiences within the manufacturing and aerospace industries, most recently with Legrand Electrical Wiring Systems Division. Ms. Morgan previously served in a number of Human Resources positions with increasing responsibilities at Barnes Group, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she began her career in Assurance services.
In addition to her extensive HR and global business partnering skills, Ms. Morgan is also a skilled continuous improvement practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Kristen Samson
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Kristen M. Samson, serves as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Kaman Corporation. Ms. Samson previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Textron Systems, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at TRU Simulation + Training and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Lycoming Engines.
Ms. Samson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in consumer and business-to-business marketing, communications, branding and product management. Ms. Samson is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has completed Executive Leadership programs at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Lisa Barry
Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Lisa Barry was appointed Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis effective May, 2020. Lisa advanced through various finance positions at Kaman, including Director, Finance and Contracts at Kaman Air Vehicles and Manager, Finance at Kaman Aerospace Group. She started her career at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Government Accounting Associate and advanced over a number of positions of increasing responsibility at United Technologies, including Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist and Subsidiary Financial Controller, before joining Kaman in October 2015. Lisa holds a Masters of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University and a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University.
