Machinist Openings

CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

Independently sets up, adjusts, troubleshoots, checks out programming and operates numerically controlled machine tools (2 axis lathe / 3 axis mill) to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations

Machinist IV – 2nd Shift

Independently sets up, adjusts, troubleshoots, checks out programming and operates numerically controlled machine tools (2 axis lathe / 3 axis mill) to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations

Machinist III – 2nd Shift

With limited technical supervision, checks out programming, sets up, operates and adjusts computer numerically controlled machine tools to perform a series of progressive machining operations on repetitive work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications

Abrasive Machinist IV – 2nd Shift

Independently set up, adjust, troubleshoot and operate centerless or center grinding machines or honing machines

Grinding Machinist IV – 2nd Shift

Independently set up, adjust, troubleshoot and operate centerless or center grinding machines or honing machines on a diversified line of work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring an intermediate level of skill

Machinist Trainee – 1st Shift

Under general supervision, sets up, operates, and adjusts various types of conventional or automatic machine including lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other precision equipment.

Under general supervision, sets up, operates, and adjusts various types of conventional or automatic machine including lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other precision equipment.

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of various mechanical components and assemblies to close tolerance.

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of various mechanical components and assemblies to close tolerance. Perform first piece and in-process inspection in an assigned value stream.

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of various mechanical components and assemblies to close tolerance. Perform first piece and in-process inspection in assigned value stream.

Production Support Openings

Buyer

Perform all phases of procurement and planning in support of company objectives, policies and requirements. Specialize in planning, procuring machined parts, hardware, and special processes. Ensure that proper inventory levels are maintained and lead times are met to meet the needs of overhaul program.

Assembler – 2nd Shift

Assemble and adjust complex components. Mark, label and package parts. Make adjustments to meet customer requirements.

Engineering Openings

Sr. Quality Engineer

Advance SPC implementation at point of use. Develop procedures/methods to analyze data, evaluating machine/process capability and identify opportunities.

Quality Engineer

Use statistical tool (such as SPC) and data analysis techniques, combined with routine auditing of key process parameters, to evaluate and improve upon process capability.

Production Engineer

Create complex production drawings using Computer Aided Design programs, with a strong emphasis on creating 3D solid models, to meet production expectations of process improvements, productivity, and quality and customer requirements.

Manufacturing Engineer

Use knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine methodology; provide detailed drawings or sketches as guidance for drafting personnel to complete process sequencing. Use knowledge of cutting tool technology, fixture design, machining, and CNC programming techniques, to establish best practices for production.
